Returns & Warranty Information
Changed your mind? Bought the wrong color? No problem! We offer a 14 day conditional return or exchange policy for most products purchased at regular price subject to the following:
- An original receipt is required for returns or exchanges for in-store and online purchases
- You must provide ID and payment information matching the original purchase
- The return or exchange must be done in store within 14 days from the date of purchase
- Items must be in new saleable condition
- Items must be new, unopened, in all original packaging, with original tags
- Items cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, worn, used
- Any online purchases will be credited for the purchase price minus shipping and handling
- All eligible returns will be credited to the original form of payment
Please note the following are exempt from refunds or exchanges:
- Stringing services or any other type of service ie: court rental, membership, drop in, etc.
- Custom or personalized items ie: custom orders, products with custom stencil/artwork/engraving
- Gift cards
- Shuttlecocks
- Any item for which there can be a hygienic reason ie: underwear, socks, body support items
- Pre-orders or special orders
- Rackets that have been strung or gripped whether by us or a third party
- Sale items
For those interested in an exchange instead, please note that they are subject to the same conditions as above and are limited to one occurrence per item.
If you’ve found a qualifying item that you want us to price match, please reach out to us! Please be prepared to direct us to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match.
In order for an item to be qualifying it must:
- Be immediately available (in-stock) and new (excludes clearance, refurbished, open box, etc.)
- Be found from a reputable local store in local currency
- Not be found through employee pricing, wholesale pricing, marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, etc.)
- Not be part of any financing offers, bundle offers, subscription services, free items, pricing errors, mail in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock, clearance, pre-owned, credit card offers, gift offers, discounts as part of a membership program, voice only deals, pricing for only select groups of customers, loyalty offers, etc.
Many of the items that we sell also come with a manufacturer’s product warranty that starts from the date of purchase. Please refer to each company’s warranty policy for more accurate information before your purchase. We’ve put together some general practices but all warranty claims must be made solely and directly with the manufacturer.
- Warranty claims typically only cover defects in manufacturing and do not extend to damage caused by accidents or misuse. Please reach out to the manufacturer as they would be able to confirm whether or not you have a valid and eligible warranty claim.
- Racquets are typically covered for:
- Yonex – 6 months
- Victor – 1 year
- Li-Ning – 6 months
- Shoes are typically covered for:
- Yonex – 3 months
- Victor – 1 year
- Li-Ning – No warranty
