Please abide by these rules on the courts!

Only water is permitted in the court area.

Non-marking gym runners are mandatory in the court area.

Walk on the carpets only and change your shoes before entering the court area.

Store your belongings under the benches.

Help sweep the courts at the end of your session.

Place used shuttles in the baskets between courts.

Collect and dispose of garbage.

Coaching, Multi-shuttle Drills, and Wall Hitting is not permitted.

Demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Follow the drop-in queue.

Doubles games to 21 points and singles games to 11 points during drop in sessions.

Follow staff instructions and communicate professionally.

Ensure the area around you is safe.

Supervise your children at all times.

Alert staff of any safety hazards or accidents immediately.

Check for belongings in your area before leaving.

Turn in all lost items to the lost and found.

Please abide by these rules in the gym!

Do not drop weights or make excessive noises while exercising.

Wipe down equipment after finishing.

Return equipment to its proper place after use.

Maximum of 20 mins per machine during peak time.

Share equipment between sets during peak time.

Do not idle on gym equipment. 

Maintain basic hygiene and minimize bad odors.

Wear appropriate workout attire.

Focus on yourself.

Music not permitted unless on headphones.

Children are not permitted in the gym.

Listen to your body. Do not lift or exercise beyond your capability.

Get a spotter for lifting heavy weights.

Ensure the area around you is safe.

Turn in all lost items to the lost and found.

Collect and dispose of garbage and wipe down tables and equipment after use. 

Treat all furniture, equipment, controllers and games with care and use as intended. 

Return everything in full to its proper place after use.

Socialize and share with all members during peak times.

Loud music or noise is not permitted. 

Store your belongings out of the way.
