• All members must have an account on our member portal and register and maintain a valid payment method on file (usually credit card) on primary and linked accounts.
• An active membership is required to use or participate in any Smash Champs activities (including third party hosted lessons), services, or amenities.
• Members are required to have a recognizable, unobstructed full-face photo linked to their account. The photo will be taken on their first visit to the Club.
• Registration and cancellation of activities is performed through the member portal. Members are encouraged to use the online portal as much as possible.

Facility Access Authorization:

• All members must be assigned an access bracelet linked to their membership. Wearing the access bracelet may be required in certain areas of the Club.
• Patrons buying memberships online must check in at reception on their first visit to verify ID and account information, take a photo and receive an access bracelet.
• Patrons buying in person will be assigned a bracelet at the time of purchase and a photo taken at the same time.
• A non-refundable set-up fee of $5.00 is required when the bracelet is issued. Replacements (for lost, stolen or damaged items) are available for a fee of $15.00 each.

Be a good member:

• All members must abide by the Club’s terms & conditions, house rules and code of conduct. Our rules are strictly enforced.
• In particular, our shoe policy may be different from the usual badminton club’s policy. To avoid unpleasant surprises, please read all our terms carefully.
• A liability waiver must be signed as part of account creation or membership enrollment. The Club may suspend accounts without signed waivers.
• Please note that the Club reserves the right to grant, modify, or revoke membership or access privileges for all members at any given time.
• Access, activities and hours of operation may change at any time at the sole discretion of the Club. The Club may close for holidays, private or public events and other functions and reasons.
