From time to time, we may feature various referral programs. Below are universal terms of service that apply to all programs, unless otherwise specified:

• All purchases through programs are subject to these terms, the Club’s Terms & Conditions and Return/Warranty Policy, along with any specific terms and conditions, which may vary for each program.
• Programs cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless specified in the fine print.
• All purchases under our programs are subject taxes and to availability and eligibility requirements. Referral Programs on Premium memberships are limited to Annual Subscriptions, either Paid in Full or Paid Monthly (not to be confused with monthly subscriptions or one month memberships).
• Programs are available for a limited time, with the applicable dates specified in the fine print. Not all programs shown on this page will be available – refer to the fine print.
• Previous purchases do not qualify for adjustments based on current promotions.
• Certain programs have minimum purchase requirements, which are outlined in the program details. When calculating the minimum purchase amount, applicable taxes are not included. The minimum amount is determined before the program discounts have been applied, and gifts with purchase or free items do not count toward the required purchase total.
• All programs are void where prohibited by law.
• Account credits, promotional rewards, and coupons have no cash value, except where required by law.
• Gifts with purchase and free items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• The Club reserves the right to change or end a program at any time without notice. The Club reserves the right to refuse service.

All members are eligible to make referrals, but only New Premium or Day Time Premium Members may be referred!

A “New” member is someone who has never held an Annual Subscription of that membership before. That’s right, if you’ve had a monthly subscription of Premium/Day Time Premium or held a Play membership, you can still be referred under this program!
