• All purchases under promotions are subject to these terms, the Club’s Terms & Conditions and Return/Warranty Policy, along with any specific terms and conditions, which may vary for each promotion.
• Promotions cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• All purchases under our promotions are subject taxes and to availability and eligibility requirements. Promotions on Premium memberships are limited to Annual Subscriptions, either Paid in Full or Paid Monthly (not to be confused with monthly subscriptions or one month memberships).
• Promotions are available for a limited time, with the applicable dates specified in the fine print. Not all promos shown on this page will be available – refer to the fine print.
• Previous purchases do not qualify for adjustments based on current promotions.
• Certain promotions have minimum purchase requirements, which are outlined in the promotion details. When calculating the minimum purchase amount, applicable taxes are not included. The minimum amount is determined before the promotional discounts have been applied, and gifts with purchase or free items do not count toward the required purchase total.
• All promotions are void where prohibited by law.
• Account credits, promotional rewards, and coupons have no cash value, except where required by law.
• Gifts with purchase and free items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• The Club reserves the right to change or end a promotion at any time without notice. The Club reserves the right to refuse service.
