Promotions of any kind (sales, discounts, offers, deals) whether limited or perpetual may not be stacked with the perpetual 5% discount.

Day Time Premium Members may only view and book events 14 days ahead if the event is held between the day time hours of 8:00am-4:00pm weekdays. Events held during prime hours of 4:00pm-11:00pm on weekdays and on ALL DAY on weekends may only be viewed and booked 7 days ahead.

HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS

    • All members must have an account on our member portal, and register and maintain a valid payment method on file (usually credit card) on primary and linked accounts.
    • An active membership is required to use or participate in any Smash Champs activities (including third party hosted lessons), services, or amenities.
    • All members are required to have a recognizable, unobstructed full-face photo linked to their account. The photo will be taken on their first visit to the Club.
    • Registration and cancellation of activities is primarily conducted on the member portal. Members are encouraged to use the online portal as much as possible.
    • All members must be assigned an access bracelet linked to their membership. Wearing the access bracelet may be required in certain areas of the Club.
    • Patrons buying memberships online must check in at reception on their first visit to verify ID and account information, take a photo and receive an access bracelet.
    • Patrons buying in person will be assigned a bracelet at the time of purchase and a photo taken at the same time.
    • A non-refundable set-up fee of $5.00 is required when the bracelet is issued. Replacements (for lost, stolen or damaged items) are available for a fee of $15.00 each.
    • All members must abide by the Club’s terms & conditions, house rules and code of conduct. Our rules are strictly enforced.
    • In particular, our shoe policy may be different from the usual badminton club’s policy. To avoid unpleasant surprises, please read all our terms carefully.
    • A liability waiver must be signed as part of account creation or membership enrollment. The Club may suspend accounts without signed waivers.
    • Please note that the Club reserves the right to grant, modify, or revoke membership or access privileges for all members at any given time.
    • Access, activities and hours of operation may change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the Club. The Club may close occasionally for holidays, tournaments, private or public events, or other functions and reasons.

Upgrade to a Premium Membership within 2 months of your Play Membership purchase date to contribute your Play Membership fee to the Premium Membership upgrade! This way, you make sure to invest every dollar into your badminton journey!

The contribution of Play Membership fees to Premium Membership upgrades may only be applied to Annual Subscriptions (Paid in Full).

Parents must purchase memberships on behalf of their children through a linked member profile. Please note that unless disabled in the account settings, both the child and the parent may enroll for activities or make court reservations. All purchases on any children’s account are the responsibility of the linked adult member profile. Kids (age 12 & under) qualify only for the Play Membership and must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
